Operations SpecialistRequired Education: High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience: Four (4) years of related banking or operations experienceSkills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, general knowledge of banking procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills, strong work ethic and self-motivationPrimary Responsibilities:Prepares daily and weekly reports to review all incoming transfersEnsures all open items are prioritized and reviewedEnsures all queries are logged and up to date in the appropriate systemsClarifies payment details to ensure appropriate funds allocationNotifies appropriate parties of non-receipts/rejectionsTakes corrective action on incorrect payments to reduce potential riskHandles escalated issues/problems as necessaryWorks with limited direction/supervisionAssists in ensuring team complies with applicable policies and regulations, including proper documentationProvides advice and guidance to less experienced associates, assisting in the development of necessary skillsAssists with the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
