Production And Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Equipment Manager to lead the reliability, performance, and upkeep of production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead preventive/predictive maintenance and daily maintenance operations Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Supervise and develop maintenance staff; establish best practices and standards Manage CMMS, maintenance schedules, and equipment records Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Support TPM initiatives to improve uptime and efficiency Maintain and support PLCs, controls, and automated equipment Oversee facility systems and vendor relationships Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met Partner with Operations to align maintenance priorities with production goals Qualifications 5+ years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems Experience with PLCs, automation, CMMS, and preventive maintenance programs Proven leadership, training, and problem-solving skills Ability to read schematics/blueprints and work hands-on in plant environment Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organization Preferred Experience with laser systems, press brakes, robotic welding TPM and CMMS implementation experience Background in fabrication or metal manufacturing Technical certifications in industrial maintenance This role requires a proactive, safety-focused leader committed to equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and team success. #J-18808-Ljbffr Adecco Permanent Recruitment
