Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability within dynamic school environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students of various age groups and backgrounds
• Complete timely evaluations and document all progress accurately
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective learning strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student development
• Implement evidence-based practices to address communication challenges and support academic achievement
• Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
