Optimal Care Therapy's sister company, Think Smart Therapy is seeking passionate Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs) to join our clinic-based teams in Chicago/ Skokie Areas. Begin your career with confidence while receiving structured mentorship, hands-on experience, and the support you need to thrive in your Clinical Fellowship year.
You'll be paired with experienced, certified mentors who are dedicated to helping you grow into a confident, independent clinician while making a meaningful impact on students' lives every day.
What We're Looking For:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Strong passion for working with children in a school-based setting
Commitment to completing Clinical Fellowship requirements
What You'll Experience:
Structured Clinical Fellowship supervision aligned with IL and ASHA guidelines
Direct and indirect mentorship from experienced CCC-SLP supervisors
Guidance to help you develop independent clinical skills
Ongoing feedback to strengthen clinical effectiveness and confidence
Hands-on experience delivering therapy services in a clinic-based setting
Opportunities to grow through collaboration with educators and multidisciplinary teams
Specialization Mentorship in our company's areas of specialty of Auditory Processing, Language Processing, Pragmatic Language, Executive Functioning and More!
