Schedule Shift: 12-hours; 2-2-3 rotation; Nights 7pm - 7am Compensation & Benefits Pay: $19-$21/hour + $1.50/hour night shift premium Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one Paid time off and holidays Growth and development opportunities Job Description What You’ll Do Assist on production lines that produce quality products. Ensure jobs are running in accordance with customer, manufacturing, and printing specifications. Quality compliance of products including verifying they are free of defects. Work with operators to maximize machine efficiency including minimizing job changeovers and down time. Maintains cleanliness in work area during shift and shift transitions. Qualifications Lead the Pack Preferred Qualifications Ability read, understand, and follow customer specifications Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
