Pediatrician – Austin, Texas
Location: Austin, TX
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Outpatient Only)
Salary: $230,000–$280,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

About the Opportunity
A well-established outpatient pediatric clinic in Austin is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join its growing team. This position is entirely outpatient, serving patients from infancy through young adulthood in a supportive, family-centered environment.

What You'll Do
Provide primary pediatric care to children and adolescents ages 0–21, including well visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and chronic condition management.

Educate families on preventive health, growth milestones, and wellness strategies while building lasting relationships with patients and caregivers.

Collaborate with in-house and external providers to coordinate care across services.

Maintain accurate documentation using an EMR system.

Qualifications
MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics.

Licensed or license-eligible to practice in Texas.

Strong communication and clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.

New graduates are welcome to apply; prior outpatient experience is a plus.

 

Work Schedule
Full-time positions offer 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Part-time roles require a minimum of three working days per week.

No nights, weekends, or hospital responsibilities.

 

Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $230,000 to $280,000 depending on experience.
