Parts Sales Representative - Outside

CSM Kenworth in Cleveland is seeking an Outside Parts Sales representative to join their team! Responsibilities include maintaining liaison with current customers and soliciting new business. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and successful dealer group!Responsibilities:Sells heavy duty and/or light duty truck partsMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accountsMaintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the companyCultivate assigned customer territories and accountsConquest and grow new accountsPrimary Duties:Maintains liaison with important customersPromotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale or retail customersSpends a part of each day in solicitation of new businessSuccessfully complete product and sales training courses as assignedDevelop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policiesMaintains parts-related correspondenceKeeps up to date on new productsRequirements:High School Diploma, Associate's degree (AA) preferredPrior Sales experienceValid Driver’s LicenseAbility to sit throughout day while driving to and from various customer locations; average longest single durations approximately 1.5 hours; must also sit while driving fork-lift for short period of timeComputer, mathematical and customer service skillsAbility to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basisAbility to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elementsAbility to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customer and staff to assist with purchase decisionsMust be highly organized, detail oriented and results driven #J-18808-Ljbffr
