Perfect for students!Job DescriptionThe Front Desk Receptionist oversees all receptionist and secretarial duties at our community with outstanding customer service and support. As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be approachable and friendly, with outstanding people skills.Life Enrichment Assistants are responsible for facilitating planned activities for both assisted living and memory care. Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure, and be a self-starter.ResponsibilitiesGreet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitudeAssist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasksAnswer phones in a professional mannerProvide excellent customer serviceRequired to pick up at least 2 shifts per monthAssist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of the communityObserve resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluatedInvolve the residents/families in planning activity programs when possibleQualificationsPrior experience as a receptionist or related field preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong knowledge of MS Office programsMust be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure and be a self-starterAble to move at least 50 pounds, including tables and chairs on a regular basisIf you are the right candidate, then we want to hear from you!
