To drive value-based care transformation, the full-time California Licensed Regional Medical Officer will oversee Market Medical Directors, mentor clinical teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance practice performance and healthcare delivery in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Train and mentor Market Medical Directors to improve their engagement with primary care practices Review performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement in clinical outcomes Collaborate with various departments to align on value-based care strategies and clinical initiatives Required qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification preferred in a primary care specialty Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within an ACO or similar organization Active medical license and board certification Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting In-depth understanding of value-based care and healthcare cost management processes
