Role Overview In this role, you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and strong communication skills. No prior AI experience is required. These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field, enhance service delivery, and optimize real estate operations. What Does Day-to-Day Look Like Design and solve real-world property management and concierge scenarios to test AI reasoning. Write clear, structured solutions covering tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, and maintenance coordination. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and operational insight. Requirements 4+ years of experience in property or community management, real estate operations, or facilities administration. Experience in U.S. real estate markets preferred. Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation. Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
