We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is eager to make a meaningful difference as a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in a school setting supporting Inglewood Unified School District (IUSD) We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individuals with special needs. This role involves training and supervising interventionists, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and school staff. Oversee intervention implementation, modify strategies based on data, and ensure treatment fidelity. Participate in IEP meetings, provide staff training, and document progress reports. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, ABA, Counseling, or a related field. Two or more years of experience in ABA therapy, special education, or behavior intervention. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessments, and intervention strategies. Ability to train staff, analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a Live Scan and TB test. Bilingual in Spanish or another language.
