Job Summary

We are building a dining experience unique to the Manifest way. Bakery during the day, dinner, and cocktails at night! 

If you are an experienced server, bartender, or manager that is looking to switch up the scenery a little bit, our 30 seat neighborhood restaurant is perfect for you. This is an opportunity to work with quality ingredients, friendly staff and still have a place to park when you get to work.

We pride ourselves in having a bustling business with exceptional customer service. Our bakery is centered around handmade sourdough breads, pastries, sweets, and prepared salads and sandwiches. Our dinner menu features a variety of oven roasted entrees, bright salads, shared snacks, and pizza. Our beloved guests are showing up for the cocktail selection that is centered around classics and variations on the theme, but also driven by our ever changing seasonal ingredients from the kitchen and bakery. They make bread and butter pickled celery for the menu.... we make a pickle brine cocktail! 

General Accountabilities

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hospitable person to take on the day to day responsibilities of running a thoughtful bar program, focused wine list, and polished but casual service. You will be working with the owner(s) and tasked with organization and ordering of inventory, scheduling, and creating/implementing systems for efficiency. 

You will be involved in guest services, full bar, guest ordering systems, and staff management. It is important that you are willing to jump into many aspects of the business.

Job Qualifications

Please have experience in full service dining and bar serivce.

Must be knowledgable with cocktail programs including building proper cocktails, creating balanced one of a kind cocktails, managing waste and inventory, and bar efficiency and cleanliness.

Must have a base knowledge of wine regions, grapes, and styles. Must be willing to study and train to expand knowledge of producers that we carry.

Must have a base knowledge of culiary terms and ingredients and an open mind to learning more.

Must be a thorough and detail oriented closer willing to hold the staff accountable and secure the building fully. 

Most importantly, you must have an enthusiasm for consistency and pride in your work!
