Responsibilities :

• Pack lip balm and other personal care and pharmaceutical products into boxes accurately.
• Count and verify correct quantities before packing.
• Weigh boxes on applicable lines to ensure proper counts and compliance.
• Perform quality checks, including:
  • Ensuring labels are correctly applied
  • Checking for bubbles, misprints, and defects
  • Verifying expiration dates
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced production line environment.
• Stand for the entire shift while continuously handling products and packaging.
• Keep production flow uninterrupted and meet line expectations.

Requirements :

• Prior experience in packing or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with production demands.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Ability to work independently, especially on smaller shifts (e.g., 3rd shift).
• Must follow workplace rules:
  • Personal items stored in assigned locker
  • Only clear bags allowed (calculator, knife, swipe card, pen)

Pay & Shift :

• 2nd Shift: $18.23/hour
• 3rd Shift: $19.26/hour
• Openings: 5 positions available per shift

Work Environment :

• Manufacturing facility (also serves as corporate headquarters)
• Very fast-paced production line
• Standing required for entire shift
• 3rd shift operates with a smaller, quieter team and requires independent work

The pay range for this position is $17.19 - $19.34/hr.
