The RRT identifies and prioritizes the needs of a patient by using proper assessment, leading to required treatment and care with the ability to educate patients on treatments and care of the cardiopulmonary system. Skills, Knowledge, & Experience Requirements: * Graduate from an approved school of Respiratory Therapy is required. * Associate of Science Degree is required. * Current Respiratory Care Practitioner - RCP - license in Oregon is required. * National Board of Respiratory Care credentialing is required. * Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required. * One year of experience in Respiratory Therapy and pulmonary medicine in an acute-care setting is required. * Strong interpersonal skills with a drive to provide exceptional service. * Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent oral and written communication, organizational skills, and computer proficiency specifically in Microsoft Office and online software.
