Schaeffer Manufacturing is expanding and seeking experienced, self-motivated professionals to develop industrial, fleet, construction, mining, municipal, manufacturing, waste & recycling, agriculture, and heavy equipment accounts. This is not a salaried position. This is a chance to build a long-term, commission-based business representing one of America's oldest and most respected lubricant manufacturers. Responsibilities Develop new commercial and industrial accounts. Become a trusted advisor to maintenance managers, fleet managers, plant engineers, shop owners, and business owners. Help customers reduce equipment failures, extend service intervals, lower maintenance costs, and improve reliability. Build recurring business through exceptional customer relationships and technical problem-solving. Qualifications B2B outside sales experience (industrial, fleet, construction, equipment, manufacturing, agricultural, or technical sales preferred). Required Skills Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Organized, driven, and coachable. Preferred Skills Experience in ideal industries such as Heavy Truck Fleets, Manufacturing, Construction, Mining & Aggregates, Municipal Public Works, Waste & Recycling, Agriculture, Logging & Forestry, Ready Mix & Asphalt, Equipment Rental, Marine & Ports, Food Processing, and Industrial Maintenance. Pay range and compensation package 100% Commission (1099 Independent Contractor). Your income is determined by your effort, your customer relationships, and your ability to grow a territory.
