Title: Healthcare Market Researcher

Location: Newark, NJ (2 days onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract

Pay Rate: $45 to $48/h on W2

Note: The ideal candidate should have strong background with Healthcare domain and should have over 3-5 years market research experience including management of survey recruitment, online surveys.

• The Market Research Specialist is an essential member of the Client Service team, working to ensure we fully deliver on client project specifications. The Specialist will be responsible for fully delivering the outlined project specifications on time, while meeting/exceeding client expectations. This person will collaborate with internal team members, including Sales/Pre-Sales and Project Management teams to ensure we are achieving high client satisfaction. Specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of quantitative and qualitative survey recruitment projects in order to maximize the number of completes delivered
• Review new project specifications to understand complexity and provide Project Managers with guidance to ensure targeting is set up properly, survey topic is suitable and handle in-field project specification changes.
• Ensure accurate and timely project setup, execution and project closure based on the client approved specifications and timeline.
• Strategically manage volume, interjecting on project communication, especially on projects not meeting feasibility requirements

Qualification:

• 3-5 years market research experience including management of survey recruitment, online surveys
• 3+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of experience with traditional and digital market research techniques
• Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
