Service Dispatcher

Kilgore Industries, one of the largest Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing subcontractors in the state of Texas is seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our team in Round Rock. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service technicians to various job sites, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service calls.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Receive and prioritize service requests from customers
• Dispatch service technicians to job sites
• Monitor technician progress and provide updates to customers
• Ensure timely completion of service calls
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician schedules
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management
• Provide exceptional customer service

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dispatcher
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Service Trade experience is a HUGE plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
