Electrician

Job Description 

- Installation of electrical panels, transformers, disconnects, switch boards, and other electrical equipment

- Pulling wire and terminating

- Conduit bending, cutting, and threading and installation

- Trouble shoot and repair electrical systems

- Installing light fixtures and devices

Requirements

- Must be able to read and interpret drawings and instructions

- Must be able to positively identify wire colors and sizes

- Must have working knowledge of NEC and common trade procedures and standards

- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be willing to learn and work with others

- Must be able to perform work safely with required PPE

- Must have ability to meet physical demands of the position including (but not limited to) bending, hunching, kneeling, standing, and working on your feet for long periods of time

- Must be able to lift to 50+ lbs.

- Must be able to climb and work off ladders and other elevated surfaces such as lifts

- Must be able to work in different elements such as heat, cold, wind, and rain

- Must possess the minimum required tools for SE&M

- Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsite
