For Social Workers, duties involve crisis intervention, understanding human behavior, responding to abuse or neglect, and developing care plans with appropriate referrals. For Care Managers, responsibilities encompass care integration, improving patient flow, and evaluating outcomes based on clinical, financial, and utilization data.
