Your Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key leader in our restaurant, responsible for:
• Leading Shifts: Running shifts effectively to ensure great food and excellent guest service.
• Developing the Team: Acting as a coach and mentor, supporting a high-performing team through positive role modeling.
• Upholding Standards: Maintaining strict compliance with all operational and food safety procedures.
• Supporting Store Operations: Assisting with recruiting, training, staff supervision, and managing inventory.
• Driving Success: Helping to motivate the team to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
• A genuine, smiling personality with a passion for positive leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A reliable professional who shows up on time, ready for their shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred; management experience is a plus.
• ServSafe Certified is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
