QA Lead

Lead QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Cucumber, Selenium, Java/Python Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution Act as primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams Lead daily sync-ups and coordinate tasks with offshore teams Monitor offshore team performance and provide mentoring and guidance Provide regular QA status reports and track metrics (test coverage, defect density, automation progress) Work within Agile/Scrum development environments Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 6+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in a lead role Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ROBOTICS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
