NOW HIRING: TELECOMMUNICATION CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Patriot Towers is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a crew, staying organized, and helping keep projects on track from start to finish.
As a Foreman, you’ll have an important role in the field—helping coordinate the crew, schedule, materials, and day-to-day project needs while working closely with the Project Manager and Civil Field Superintendent.
You’ll be a key point of contact in the field and help keep the crew, customer, materials, equipment, and schedule working together.
- All towers, all the time. Anything and everything involving cell tower site development.
- Clearing and grubbing for new access roads.
- New access road installation.
- Tower foundations (including rebar installation and concrete pouring).
- Tower grounding installation.
- Electrical and fiber duct/ service installation.
- Cell carrier concrete pads, duct and services as required.
- Tower foundation modifications.
- Miscellaneous existing tower site maintenance.
- Access road snow removal as required during the winter months.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day field operations of your project.
- Lead, organize, and direct your crew to keep the project moving forward.
- Plan work in advance and anticipate what will be needed to avoid delays.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, lodging, and other project logistics.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding project progress, schedule, manpower, challenges, and solutions.
- Identify problems early and take initiative to develop solutions.
- Keep the job moving even when the crew is short-handed or unexpected issues arise.
- Coordinate with customers and other project personnel in a professional and respectful manner.
- Make sure the crew has the materials, tools, equipment, and information needed before heading to the job site.
- Set the standard for your crew through your own work ethic, professionalism, and accountability.
- Delegate responsibilities and utilize your crew effectively.
- Schedule, plan and coordinate daily work activities with assistance from our Civil Field Superintendent.
- Anticipate upcoming project needs and communicate them before they become problems.
- Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements in accordance with Patriot Towers guidelines.
- Ensure job numbers are properly included with hotel reservations and project-related documentation.
- Coordinate material pickups and deliveries as needed.
- Manage in-field material purchases when necessary to keep the project progressing.
- Maintain proper truck stock and job inventory.
- Track materials removed from the warehouse and maintain an inventory sheet for each job.
- Ensure packing slips from material pickups are properly labeled with the job number and submitted to the Project Coordinator.
- Maintain accurate crew timecards and submit them correctly and on time.
- Manage and submit receipts weekly with proper labeling and job information.
- Ensure all project paperwork is completed accurately.
- Keep project photos, sweep tests, and closeout documentation current and submitted on time.
- Properly identify job names and numbers when submitting project documentation and photos.
- Ensure required JHA/JSA documentation is completed before leaving for the job site.
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced construction professional with proven field leadership experience.
- Comfortable taking responsibility for a crew and a project.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple moving parts.
- A strong communicator who can work effectively with crews, customers, PMs, and office personnel.
- Self-sufficient and confident solving problems in the field.
- Able to plan ahead and anticipate project needs.
- Detail-oriented when it comes to timecards, receipts, inventory, paperwork, and closeout requirements.
- Willing to get involved and help the crew when the job requires it.
- Safety-minded and committed to doing things the right way.
- Someone who leads by example and takes ownership of the results.
- Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager and HR regarding project or employee issues.
- Represent Patriot Towers professionally both on and off the job.
- Take pride in the company and the work your team produces.

- $28 per hour and up, based on experience.
- Opportunity to work on prevailing wage projects throughout the year.
- This is an out-of-town traveling position, Monday–Friday.
- Travel, lodging, and project logistics are coordinated as part of the position.
