• Job Type : Full time Permanent
• Shift : Days/Nights – 12 hours (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM/ 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) (Rotating Weekends)
• Salary : $30 - $38 an hour (based on experience; shift differentials & Clinical Pathway available) + Full-time Benefits
• Sign On : Up to $6000

Job responsibilities (Not Limited):

The med-surg registered nurse will develop and implement total nursing care for patients by assessment, nursing diagnosis, patient care plans, provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Develop systems to provide care to a population including infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. Unit opening for overflow pts. 12 bed unit. Staffing 1:4-5 (depending on acuity). A medical surgical telemetry nurse, or telemetry nurse, monitors patients' vital signs and physiological parameters using telemetry equipment. They work in hospitals and other clinical facilities to care for patients with a range of conditions, including heart failure, diabetes, and gastrointestinal diseases.

Job Qualifications:

• Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. - Required
• Currently holds or willing to obtain NIH Certification - Required
• At least 6 months of nursing experience in Med Surg- Required.
• BSN - Preferred
