Position Care Partner – Full Time Location: Stow, Ohio Starting Wage: $18-20 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm Week 2: Monday/Saturday/Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy – understand and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments. Proactive – assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Positive, energetic, and loving attitude toward residents. Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift or move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and help after a fall. Criminal background check clearance.
