Ensure all financial transactions and documentation are completed in a timely and compliant manner. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, lender programs, and finance-related laws/regulations. Qualifications: Must have 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, Finance Director, or in a similar finance-related position. Strong understanding of auto finance, lease agreements, and credit approval processes. Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. High level of integrity and professionalism. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals.
