CT Technologist II

Role CT Technologist II responsible for delivering high-quality imaging care in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment. Key Duties Executes clinical CT procedures across diverse patient populations. Selects appropriate technical factors and adheres to radiation safety principles. Performs IV access, contrast administration, and assists with invasive CT-guided procedures. Participates in performance improvement initiatives, maintains a safe work environment, and supports patient education and comfort. Ensures proper documentation, equipment operation, and quality control. Communicates effectively with patients and care teams, documenting activities promptly. Qualifications Associate degree, accredited radiologic technology certification, and ARRT (R), NMTCB (CT), or equivalent registration. Experience with CT procedures preferred. BLS/CPR certification required. Knowledge of anatomy, radiation safety, and patient care techniques essential. Skills & Abilities Cross-sectional anatomy knowledge. Basic computer skills. Professionalism aligned with ethical standards. Must hold valid licenses and certifications, including specific CT registrations, with experience requirements depending on employment history.
