Ensures consistent practice throughout the organization in employment issues, disciplinary matters, and grievance procedures. Oversees the employee recognition program.**Education/Training:**Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.**Experience:** Minimum of seven (7) years of recent work experience in Human Resources with five (5) years of experience at a management level. Solid background in all aspects of human resources administration, with particular strength in employee and labor relations. Experience in a unionized environment required.
