Rad Air Assistant Manager

Rad Air Assistant Managers act as the customer service point of contact for our clients and assist the Service Manager/Owner in daily shop tasks as needed.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Answer phones during business hours to assist clients with appointment scheduling, provide business information (location, hours, etc.) and address general inquiries.
• Greet walk-in clients in a polite, professional manner and collect information related to their service visit and their vehicle's issue.
• Review repair orders with clients and secure approvals to proceed with repairs.
• Process loaner vehicle paperwork and walk clients through loaner car process and loaner car operation.
• Enter new client data into our Point of Sale system, Tekmetric.
• Contact clients via phone and text with updates on the status of their vehicle's repairs.
• Perform vehicle delivery process with client which includes collecting payment, explaining services performed, reviewing warranty coverage and showing old parts.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean client-facing reception area at all times.
• Respond to Google Reviews in a timely fashion.
• Shuttle clients to home/work as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
• Problem solving/critical thinking skills.
• Clean driving record
