Review areas requiring improvement and/or retraining. Perform sanitation inspections. Conduct product samplings as required for raw materials and finished product. Complete paperwork associated with holds and releases. Responsible for following all of the facility HACCP plan and quality system procedures. Responsible for following Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and quality system procedures. Communicates issues to Group Leaders in a timely, professional manner.
