Every Day is Different. Our craftsmen perform a wide variety of residential repairs and improvements, including:

• Door and window installation & repairs
• Interior and exterior trim carpentry
• Drywall repair and finishing
• Interior and exterior painting
• Deck repairs and upgrades
• Wood rot repairs
• Siding repairs
• Flooring installation
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Basic electrical repairs
• General home maintenance
• Punch lists and small to medium sized remodeling projects

You'll work directly with property owners and represent our company from the first knock on the door until the final walkthrough. You'll build relationships with customers who will call you back time and time again.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

• Has experience in multiple residential trades
• Currently resides in the Outer Banks area
• Shows up on time and follows through on commitments
• Enjoys working independently while also being part of a team
• Communicates confidently and effectively with homeowners
• Takes ownership of mistakes and finds solutions
• Is comfortable using smartphone apps, taking photos, and documenting work throughout the day
• Maintains a clean, organized company vehicle, and jobsite
• Works safely and efficiently
• Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship every day

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or maintenance experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, crawl spaces, and outdoors in varying weather
• Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided as needed)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
