Director, Engineering - Customer Protection and Digital Shared Services QE

Job Description:Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.Fidelity Investments has a phenomenal opportunity for a Director, Engineering, to lead the Customer Protection and Digital Shared Services QE group! This individual will have the responsibility to lead, innovate and revitalize test automation effort across multiple teams to achieve substantial scale and efficiency to accelerate business outcome. Including developing an automation roadmap, strategies, monitoring testing progress, providing automation KPIs to Engineering leaders and Product, project estimates/resource assignments and relationship management with development/business partners. This includes automation analysis/evaluation, automation approach, test scenarios, overseeing multiple projects, leading/supporting the design/development and execution of both test cases/scripts, monitoring first-level triage of defects found, and ensuring thorough retesting of defects through resolution occurs. This role will be based in Westlake, TX.The Expertise You HaveBachelor’s degree in computer science preferred; a degree in Engineering or Math is acceptable with comparable software development experience.10 years of software development or test automation experience.Experience in Financial Services, specifically in DC or DB.
