Massage Therapist

Position Title: Massage Therapist

Hours and availability: Hours worked are by appointment only. Weekday evenings and weekends are most in demand for appointments.

Compensation: $14.00/hour base pay rate + commission

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The massage therapist will evaluate and administer appropriate massage services for individuals in a professional, relaxing, and quiet setting. Various techniques may be utilized to provide stress reduction, pain management and/or injury rehabilitation. He/she will safely work within their level of expertise while demonstrating accountability, integrity, and ethical responsibility. Responsibilities include washing, drying, folding and putting away towels and maintaining a hygienic and orderly massage space.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Certification from an accredited school of massage. Current Oklahoma Massage License. A minimum of one year experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. CPR/AED certified.
