Chief Business Development Officer

President / Chief Business Development Officer – North America Key Responsibilities Build and execute the North American go-to-market strategy Secure lighthouse customers and strategic partnerships Create and develop an enterprise pipeline from zero Structure and close complex enterprise and public sector opportunities Act as the voice of the customer and partner closely with globally distributed product and engineering teams Build and scale the regional business development function Requirements 15+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership Proven track record of building businesses from 0-1 in startup or scale-up environments Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and long sales cycles Background in AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, or data infrastructure ecosystems Strong executive presence and enterprise network across North America Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader with a hunter mentality and exceptional closing capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Hydrogen Group
