Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) | Full-Time Location: St. Augustine, Florida
A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in Northeast Florida is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its outpatient team in St. Augustine.
Position Overview
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and/or geriatric patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Focus on preventive care and routine health screenings
- Coordinate care with specialists and care teams
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible Florida medical license
- Active/eligible DEA registration
- Strong clinical and communication skills
