WE WANT SOMEONE WHO  

• Is a self-starter with a natural instinct to figure out how systems, processes, and technologies work 
• Has built or explored something in Excel beyond the basics: formulas, pivots, macros, etc.
• Has a working understanding of IT security fundamentals: endpoint protection, MFA, VPN, device management, and why these things matter in a professional environment 
• Wants to learn, document, improve, and strengthen the systems that enable exceptional service and results 
• Is detail-oriented and doesn’t let things fall through the cracks 

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

• Provide first-line hardware and software support for the team across all platforms and devices 
• Be the bridge between ISTO and our IT provider, catching recurring issues early and communicating resolutions before things compound 
• Own recurring Excel-based reports and data maintenance tasks 
• Document common issues, build resolution guides, and reduce repeat problems 
• Support technology transitions, integrations, operational projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives
