Position Overview

A well-established community-based oncology practice is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Hematologist Oncologist to join its growing team in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative private practice model focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care across both hematology and medical oncology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hematology and medical oncology care
• Diagnose and manage solid tumor and hematologic malignancy cases
• Conduct outpatient visits and provide inpatient consult services as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborative treatment planning
• Work closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nursing staff, and care teams
• Participate in clinical research and clinical trial initiatives
• Support quality improvement and value-based care programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Fellows and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $500,000 – $600,000+
• wRVU-based productivity bonus with uncapped earning potential
