- 1. Earnings & Sign-On Bonus
- Guaranteed $1,700 per week true-up per driver , with averages hitting $2,200 per driver weekly when running 5,000 miles.
- Pocket a massive $10,000 split sign-On bonus ($5,000 per driver) with fast payouts starting right after your first load.
- Experience-based team split CPM ranging from $0.41 to $0.45 per driver ($0.82 to $0.90 team split) .
- 2. Route & Freight Details
- Haul 100% drop-and-hook freight utilizing company trailers on customer-planned, preassigned weekly lanes.
- Run all 48 states with no NYC or boroughs .
- Consistent team miles averaging 5,000 miles per week.
- 3. Schedule & Home Time
- Stay balanced: out 1 week, then home for your 34-hour reset weekly as scheduled.
- Requires availability to run 5.5 days, meet strict on-time delivery expectations, and maintain zero service failures.
- 4. Equipment, Requirements & Screening
- Drive late-model Freightliner equipment with tenured operational support.
- Must live within 100 miles of your team partner .
- Requires a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience .
- DOT screening required , including both hair follicle and urine testing.
