Role Overview:

• Help organize and carry out engaging programs that support residents’ social and emotional well-being
• Interact with residents to build relationships and encourage participation
• Follow safety and care guidelines to ensure a secure environment
• Assist with tracking participation and preparing for events
• Support other community needs as they arise

What You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No experience necessary—we’ll train you
• Positive attitude, dependable, and enjoys working with people
• Experience in activities, hospitality, or caregiving is helpful but not required
