Senior Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant / Senior Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team. This newly created position is the result of the company's continued expansion and offers an exceptional opportunity for an accounting professional who is eager to broaden their expertise into financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

This is a hybrid position , with four days in the office and one day working remotely . The company offers modern, Class A office space, an outstanding workplace culture, and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and financial analytics.
• Partner with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations.
• Utilize reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to analyze business performance.
• Contribute to process improvements and support strategic financial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 2 years of Big 4 or large public accounting experience required.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
• Experience with FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
