Job Description Compensation: $32.00 - $40.00 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and efficiency. Repairs: Diagnose and repair electrical issues promptly and effectively. System Upgrades: Recommend and implement upgrades for improved performance and energy efficiency. Emergency Services: Respond to emergency calls to mitigate hazards and restore functionality. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits. Blueprints and Schematics: Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine system layouts. Customer Service: Communicate clearly with clients, addressing questions and concerns. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment manuals. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers for successful project completion. Non Electrical job duties assigned as needed. (snow removal, plowing, etc.) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician apprenticeship program. Valid electrician license as required by the state. Proven experience as a licensed electrician with strong knowledge of electrical systems. Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical capability for tasks requiring bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
