Associate Installation Technician - Connecticut

Responsibilities

Install surgical light systems, booms, video integration equipment, and associated cabling per specifications
Verify site readiness, conduct equipment inventory, and communicate infrastructure issues to project teams
Program, test, and inspect video integration systems; perform functional quality checks before sign-off
Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and hospital staff; manage travel scheduling and daily project timelines
Document installation records, complete project reports, and provide operational training to customers

Requirements

0-2 years technical experience in telecom, video/audio systems, electrical work, or medical device installation
Ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams and CAD drawings
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicles safely
Physical capability to lift 50 pounds occasionally and work at heights using ladders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in fast-paced environments
