About This Role
A co-teacher is responsible for the care of and well-being of 16 children ages 2-5. Co-teacher's are paired with another co-teacher making our highest ratio 1:8.
What You'll DoA co-teacher is responsible for lesson planning, conducting meaningful interactions with the children, classroom management, keeping a tidy classroom, communicating with families, ensuring the safety of all children, and helping to create a positive and happy environment.
RequirementsEighteen years of age and high school degree. Experience preferred but not mandatory.
Nice To HavesCDA in early childhood education, Associates in early childhood education, Bachelor's in early childhood education, CPR/First Aid certification
