Labor & Employment Senior Attorney (Remote and Reduced Hours)

Prestigious law firm is looking for a Senior Labor & Employment attorney to join their team. This is a work/life balance role with full benefits. 1200 annual billable target. Will be paid hourly. You may set your own schedule, work reduced hours and work fully remote. Preference is for someone in California. Must be admitted to the Bar. Will handle litigation and counseling projects. The litigation work typically includes legal research, drafting position statements, writing briefs, witness/fact investigations, discovery, and motion practice. Counseling work includes assisting with day-to-day advice such as preparing and/or updating employment policies and manuals for national clients.
