Production Supervisor

Work Flexibility: Onsite As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee manufacturing activities across assembly, inspection, material handling, and packaging functions. You will manage a team of approximately 20 employees while coordinating with cross-functional partners to achieve production, quality, and operational objectives. *1st Shift Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30 pm* What You Will Do Supervise daily manufacturing activities and ensure products are built in accordance with validated processes, work instructions, and quality requirements. Manage a team of approximately 20 employees, including scheduling, timecard approvals, overtime management, training, performance management, and hiring activities. Develop and monitor production plans and staffing levels to achieve daily and monthly production targets, supply plan attainment, and operational metrics. Coordinate resolution of production-related issues with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Planning, Finance, Purchasing, and Research & Development. Monitor and drive performance against key metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, downtime, waste, and compliance with company policies and procedures. What You Will Need Required: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 4 years of production, manufacturing, operations, or related transferable experience. Minimum 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating the work of employees in a manufacturing or operations environment. Preferred: Experience supervising manufacturing employees in a regulated industry. Experience using production planning, manufacturing, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Experience monitoring and improving operational metrics such as productivity, downtime, waste, quality, or schedule attainment. Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement training or certification. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or Finance.
