With the backing of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support our organization offers.

• Current dental hygienist license in Indiana and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

• Open to new graduates as well as those with varying years of clinical experience.
• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• A desire to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
• Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

• Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
• Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed prior to starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, and necessary guidance will be provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
