Labor & Employment Associate

Job Overview ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a labor & employment associate to join its 2nd to 4th year class in the Boston office. Our highly recognized labor, employment & OSHA practice is looking for a smart, self‑motivated associate to support major national companies in a fast‑paced, dynamic team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and provide employment advice & counsel to clients. Draft policies and employment‑related agreements, including restrictive covenants and other key documents. Represent clients in litigation matters such as single plaintiff claims and class actions. Support clients with OSHA compliance and related matters. Assist in legal strategy and engagement with national companies across a wide range of industries. Qualifications Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Excellent academic record and proven ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities. Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar is required. Experience in employment advice, counsel, drafting, and litigation is preferred; traditional labor experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits The good‑faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $225,000 to a maximum of $275,000 per year, with the actual rate depending on experience, education, bar admissions, and overall qualifications. In addition, the firm offers a comprehensive bonus program with discretionary incentives based on productivity, business development, and merit, subject to applicable policies.
