Key Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy care in a NICU setting, including management of neonatal and adult patients
Operate and manage mechanical ventilation equipment including Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1 ventilators
Perform and assist with CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and intubation assistance
Accurately document patient care and clinical data using Meditech electronic documentation system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality respiratory care

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
Minimum of 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience
NICU experience required (minimum skill level of 3 in NICU competencies)
Proficiency with CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Bubble CPAP, and mechanical ventilation
BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

ACLS certification preferred; may be obtained after hire
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred; may be obtained after hire
Prior travel therapy experience in a hospital-based respiratory department
