About the Opportunity

FenixHire is expanding nationwide and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition, strengthen strategic partnerships, and accelerate growth across multiple industries including Technology, Legal, Engineering, Healthcare, Construction, Skilled Trades, and Corporate Services.

This role is built for a polished, relationshipdriven professional who thrives in a performancebased environment and excels at building longterm, highvalue client relationships. You will represent a modern, fastscaling recruitment brand known for speed, precision, and exceptional service.

What You'll Do
  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of highvalue clients
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
  • Conduct outreach and pitch FenixHire's recruitment solutions
  • Strengthen FenixHire's presence across multiple industries
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless placements
  • Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market demand
  • Represent the FenixHire brand with professionalism, urgency, and confidence

Compensation (CommissionOnly)
  • Unlimited commission
  • Biannual performance bonuses (twice a year)
  • Recommended earnings range: $70,000 - $160,000+ annually , depending on performance
  • Fully remote role with flexible schedule
  • High autonomy and direct impact on company growth
