I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation for serving our customers and leading my own agency. I'm a proud lifelong resident of Toccoa, a wife and mother of two, and enjoy staying involved in my children's activities, reading, and spending time with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Kersha Parker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
