Pay: $27–$29/Hour + Incentive Pay
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Experience: 5+ Years of Automotive Experience

POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Inspector to conduct detailed vehicle inspections at dealerships throughout the San Diego and Escondido area.
This field-based role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background and automotive expertise who can accurately evaluate vehicle condition before vehicles are sold.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Travel to dealerships to inspect vehicles prior to sale.
• Evaluate vehicle condition and identify mechanical or physical issues.
• Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly.
• Submit digital inspection reports using mobile applications.
• Coordinate with dealerships and internal teams.
• Follow established vehicle inspection standards and guidelines.
• Provide professional service to dealership partners and customers.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• 5+ years of automotive experience as a mechanic or similar hands-on role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical components.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using mobile applications for inspection reporting.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Must reside in or near the San Diego / Escondido area .
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Automotive certification or mechanic training.
• Previous vehicle inspection experience.
• Dealership coordination or customer-service experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle inspection standards.
